Product Overview:
The POE splitter (PS1224) splits the network PoE signal into separate power and Gigabit data sources. This device allows administrators to run long-distance Gigabit-speed PoE cables and then separate the PoE signal into individual data and power sources for connecting non-PoE devices.
It provides Gigabit Ethernet network transmission capability, supports the IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ standard specification, and is backward compatible with the IEEE 802.3at/802.3af standards. It features a hardware hot switch to prevent overload-induced failures, preventing faults caused by voltage switching during operation. When changing the voltage output during operation, the device will not incur any damage. For devices requiring DC 12V, 19V, or 24V voltage, or other non-network devices, use this POE Splitter with the included DC to DC cable to supply power to your devices. It offers convenient power support for non-PoE powered devices that cannot or are inconvenient to install AC power outlets, such as wireless devices, wireless broadband routers, high-power-consuming PTZ network cameras without PoE PD power supply function, etc.
